If you're comfortable trapping and just need help figuring out where the rodents are getting in. Attic inspections are an additional cost.

Full exterior and interior inspection - attic inspection an additional cost. Setting traps/placing bait/small exclusion. Follow up pricing is based on mileage.

Includes full inspection, basic exclusion, baiting/trapping and follow-ups for a 90 day term. Reduced cost follow-ups from day 90 to day 180. Price includes interior equipment - exterior equipment is an additional cost. Price subject to change based on mileage, house size and infestation levels.

Exclusion includes sealing of small to medium size openings using Xcluder fabric and/or metal meshing.

Rodent cleaning/sanitizing includes removal of rodent droppings and any infested insulation/materials and then sanitizing areas. 

Wildlife removal services - some situations will be referred out.

*Inspection required to go over prep requirements and to assess* Treatment begins with vacuuming and targeted application of steam in bed bug hiding areas. Application of Aprehend biological bed bug control will be done to areas of concern. Treatments are recommended to be spaced 1 month apart until complete eradication.

3 month program includes the cost of inspections as well as retreatments within the 90-day window.

*Inspection required to go over prep requirements and to assess* This treatment relies on mechanical methods for bed bug control. All baseboards and furniture will be thoroughly vacuumed and steamed with specialized equipment. Option for use of Diatomaceous Earth or Pyrethrin based dust. Treatments are to be spaced 2 weeks apart.

Application of bait in areas where cockroaches typically hide. In some situations vacuuming and steaming will be done. Treatments are recommended to be spaced 2-3 weeks apart until complete eradication.

Treatments are dependent on species of ant. Inspection is required. If possible treatment will be done on same day as inspection.

Service includes a full inspection of the structure to identify any interior nests and an inspection of the yard to identify main nest(if possible), direct treating of nest(s), a barrier treatment to the structure and a granular application to the yard.

Targeted application of a residual insecticide to areas where spiders hide on exterior of structures. Price changes based on amount of product used.

Treat and when possible removal of wasp/hornet nest.

This treatment targets one of the most common hosts of ticks - mice. By placing treated nesting materials that are highly attractive to mice around the property line - tick control can be achieved without harming other beneficial insects. This treatment is done in April/May and again in July.
