The service was prompt, professionally handled and effective. We had a problem with mice that had wintered under the snow and when it thawed they were everywhere it seemed. Suzy has handled a number of critter problems around our house and property (they love setting up shop under the gazebo especially) with no muss, and good advice on how to prevent future issues as well.

Suzy is a gem! She inspected my home for entry points, then went over what she found, what she could do to remediate, as well as provided some education for me and my kids. Once she secured all the entry points, she gave me some more info on what to watch for in case they come back. It's been 3 months and no more unwelcome critters in my home!

I messaged Suzy on a Thursday and she said she would move things around for me and that she would come on Saturday. She came exactly on time. I wanted someone who could sympathize with our situation, knowledgeable, and someone who wasn’t just trying to fill some quota for the day. She took the time to look around our house and seal any areas that the mice could be coming in from. She reassured me that if I was still having issues I could contact her again. Since that day, we noticed we weren’t catching any mice( I suspect they couldn’t come in anymore) but I knew there was one or two in the house. A few days later I emailed her to ask her what we could do to catch it/them and she responded right away. We caught one 2 days later and have not had any mice since then! I definitely recommend Suzy!

I have reached out to Suzy twice this summer; first for ant extermination and then for a yellow jacket issue. Both times Suzy made time the next day to treat the problem. She treated a massive ant problem quickly and efficiently. When my young kids were attacked one evening by wasps she arrived the next morning and quickly found the nest, removed it and treated the area. Her prompt responses via Facebook and her ability to come and deal with the problem quickly was very much appreciated! My kids are happy to have their backyard back! I highly recommend her services!
